Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales, Corporate Enterprise to drive net new logo acquisition and expand our presence in the UK corporate enterprise market. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic go-to-market plans, and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep corporate enterprise sales expertise, a strong network, and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new corporate enterprise customers and expand market share in the UK.
Build, lead, and mentor a small team of corporate enterprise account executives to consistently exceed sales targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at large corporate organisations.
Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and contract closure.
Establish and optimise sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to accelerate deal velocity and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximise customer engagement.
Analyse sales performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in corporate enterprise sales, driving strategic net new logo acquisition through focused leadership and innovative go-to-market execution
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with large organisations
Strong experience selling complex solutions to FTSE companies.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of corporate enterprise sales methodologies, including consultative selling and strategic account planning.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
