My client, a fast-growing FinTech, is successfully challenging the traditional banking model. Processing up to 2 million payments daily through their platform they work directly with central banks and innovative clients worldwide. Founded a decade ago and now a fully licensed bank with operations in 9 countries.


They're not trying to be the next traditional bank. They're building the infrastructure that makes traditional banks irrelevant.


The Role:

  • I'm looking for a commercial leader ready to own the UK/European client portfolio for this challenger. You'll lead a team of 15 professionals, drive significant revenue growth, and shape how they serve the next generation of FinTech's, payment businesses, and progressive financial institutions.
  • This isn't about managing what exists, it's about unlocking what's possible. You'll own client relationships from post-onboarding through to maximum value realisation, identifying opportunities across the portfolio and working as an integrated part of the wider commercial team to shape market strategy.


The Candidate:

  • You've spent 10+ years in commercial leadership within Payments, Corporate Banking, FinTech, or progressive financial services.
  • You've managed relationships that matter - where you're in the room when strategic decisions are made.
  • You've built and led teams successfully. People want to work for you because you develop them and drive results.
  • You're commercially astute with the intellectual rigor to understand complex business models, but you're also a natural relationship builder who can influence at all levels. You thrive in fast-paced environments where agility beats process.
  • Most importantly, you're ready to trade a big brand name for the opportunity to build something genuinely different.
