Head of Sales – North
Up to £90,000 + 25% bonus + benefits

I’m partnering with a leading private healthcare group with hospitals and clinics across the UK. A business known for combining innovation, clinical expertise, and compassion to deliver the very best patient care.
They’re now looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead and inspire a talented team of Business Development Managers, driving growth across several key sites in the North.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping local growth strategies, strengthening partnerships with clinicians, and leading your team to achieve ambitious goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your regional sales team
- Building trusted partnerships with clinicians and key stakeholders
- Creating and executing local strategies to maximise growth opportunities
- Using insight and data to drive performance
- Working closely with marketing, clinical, and contracting teams
- Deputising for the Chief Commercial Officer when required
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ experience leading high-performing sales teams (healthcare or related B2B sectors ideal)
- Proven success in driving commercial growth
- Energetic, inspiring, and results-focused – someone who leads by example
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong influencing and coaching skills
