I’m partnering with a leading private healthcare group with hospitals and clinics across the UK. A business known for combining innovation, clinical expertise, and compassion to deliver the very best patient care.

They’re now looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead and inspire a talented team of Business Development Managers, driving growth across several key sites in the North.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping local growth strategies, strengthening partnerships with clinicians, and leading your team to achieve ambitious goals.

What you’ll be doing: Leading, coaching, and developing your regional sales team Building trusted partnerships with clinicians and key stakeholders Creating and executing local strategies to maximise growth opportunities Using insight and data to drive performance Working closely with marketing, clinical, and contracting teams Deputising for the Chief Commercial Officer when required

What we’re looking for: 7+ years’ experience leading high-performing sales teams (healthcare or related B2B sectors ideal) Proven success in driving commercial growth Energetic, inspiring, and results-focused – someone who leads by example Analytical and data-driven, with strong influencing and coaching skills
