Head of Sales - Ruminant
Hybrid - East Midlands

As Head of Sales, you won't just be driving numbers - you'll help shape how this company goes to market. You'll take ownership of the commercial function, build scalable strategies, and see the direct results of your work as the business grows. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the commercial sales function - from strategy through to execution
- Developing and delivering the go-to-market strategy
- Building and managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Building trusted relationships with vets, farmers and key accounts to support onboarding on scale-up
- Spending time in the field to stay close to customer needs and shape business direction
- Implementing and optimising a CRM system to support sales performance
- Create scalable commercial processes and repeatable sales playbooks
Who We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in a commercial role with a strong track record of revenue growth
- Background in sales, business development and developing go-to-market strategy
- Strong understanding of the ruminant, agri-tech or animal health sectors
- Able to build credibility with vets and farmers quickly
- Strategic thinker who's also comfortable rolling up their sleeves
- Experienced in implementing CRM systems and building commercial processes
- Hands-on, results-focused and motivated by building something new

- You'll receive a base salary of up to £65K DOE, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays, and the potential for equity share options.
