Our client a leading brand in luxury travel are seeking a strategic, people-focused
Head of Sales & Service
to lead their UK sales and service teams. In this pivotal leadership role, youll manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, overseeing performance, development, and operations across both brands.
Youll play a key part in delivering an outstanding client experience, fostering a culture of high performance, and driving sustainable commercial growth. With a strong background in luxury travel and sales leadership, youll be comfortable setting ambitious goals, coaching your team to success, and leading change in a fast-paced environment.
As Head of Sales & Service you'll do:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
Set and deliver against strategic sales targets and customer service KPIs
Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product, Marketing, and DMC teams to ensure competitive, compelling travel offerings
Maintain exceptional guest service standards while driving commercial performance
Oversee onboarding, training, team development, and succession planning
Monitor competitor activity and support pricing and positioning strategy
Take ownership of operational performance, client feedback, and service recovery
Represent the brand externally, strengthening industry relationships and reputation
What we're looking for as Head of Sales & Service:
Proven experience leading successful sales or customer service teams, ideally in luxury travel
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial mindset
Inspirational leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Calm, confident, and proactive
especially under pressure
Knowledge of travel systems is a plus
Deep understanding of the travel industry and evolving market trends
