We’re seeking an ambitious Head of Client Service to join CPM in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for growing our strategic clients and proactively identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the UK business grow. We are offering an attractive package for the right person, including a basic salary, uncapped OTE, Bupa private medical insurance, generous car allowance and pension.
Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9. Hybrid working available.
You will be responsible for growing the strategic client base, generating new opportunities, and increasing revenue. You will be innovative and able to create solutions to offer a tailored approach to prospective clients, identifying missed areas of growth and coming up with new ideas. Experience of building relationships and negotiating, with a keen eye for detail to make data-led decisions is essential.
Head of Client Service – Key responsibilities
- Leading the client service team to deliver against revenue targets for existing clients, ensuring profitability remains at target level
- Strong relationship building skills to drive senior stakeholder engagement and belief in shopt
- Creative proposal building, using data as a foundation to unlock new opportunities for both current and prospective clients
- Using understanding of clients and the channel to create a compelling sales story that meets clients’ objectives whilst driving profitable growth for shopt
- Development and management of a robust commercial model, ensuring shopt is seen as competitive in the marketplace and able to win new business and grow existing clients
As the Head of Client Service, you will
- Have significant experience in a sales position, ideally with experience leading a sales team
- Proven experience selling into blue chips and FMCG clients is highly desirable
- Have experience working and negotiating with clients at a senior level
- Demonstrate an ambitious mindset, with the ability to think outside of the box
- Have strong communication skills, able to build rapport and come across as credible from the outset
- Be data-literate, using resources available to fuel strong storytelling to convert client conversations into revenue opportunities
- Be curious with your approach and always seek out the best solution for your clients
- Successfully work in a team with the ability to work independently and lead from the front
