Role: Global Head of Sales
The global head of sales is responsible for driving new logo acquisition, qualifying and shaping inbound leads, developing an outbound strategy, fostering existing account growth and expansion, exploring partnerships, and overseeing overall sales expansion. Responsibilities include direct marketing, account relationship management, lead generation, sales training, and methodology enforcement. The role requires alignment with technical and delivery leaders to evolve our GTM offerings and deliver value to clients. The head reports to a Co-Founder and manages global business development and client partner teams, including compensation planning, target setting, and performance management. Performance metrics include Total Contract Value (TCV) closure, revenue targets, team performance, and contributions beyond sales.
- Lead and develop a growing team of Business Development and Client Partners to exceed targets.
- Develop and implement best-in-class sales and relationship management practices.
- Execute BD and CP functions personally and guide team members.
- Establish operational standards for the sales team.
- Coach and mentor team members on deals, career growth, and skills.
- Implement strategies aligned with founders and revenue goals.
- Define, achieve, and surpass individual and team targets.
- Recruit for all sales roles.
- Implement and lead sales training programs.
- Enforce best practices for account growth and deal progression.
- Collaborate with company leadership to drive overall growth.

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of software delivery sales experience, leadership in sales teams, and successful program creation. Must possess an empathetic yet driven mentality, executive presence, and a proven track record of growth and creative sales channels. Deep technical understanding of custom software development and commercial structures is essential. Willingness to travel extensively is required.
