As the Head of Sales across reallymoving (comparison website for home moving services) and The Law Superstore (comparison website for legal experts), you will be responsible for creating and executing the sales growth strategy, driving revenue by expanding and strengthening our partner network, offer hands-on leadership to motivate, mentor and lead our high-performing sales and account management team.

You will be a strategic thinker that is also across the numbers and the detail, especially partner performance and profitability. Therefore, you’ll have strong commercial acumen and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). As Head of Sales, you will have a digital mindset and be able to align towards partner and customer expectations. You will work closely with other team leaders to shape strategy, align priorities and deliver on the company’s growth ambitions.

The Head of Sales role is offered on a hybrid basis requiring a minimum of 2 days a week attendance at our office in central St Albans, a short walk from St Albans City station. You will also be required to attend the office for company team days and occasional ad-hoc meetings.
