Head of Sales – Skincare | North West


Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for skincare and a proven track record in the salon and spa market? This is your opportunity to spearhead the UK launch of innovative new beauty brands with a fast-growing multi-brand distributor.


We’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead from the front, managing and motivating a small but high-performing team of Business Development Managers. You'll be instrumental in driving growth, shaping strategy, and developing key commercial partnerships across both professional and retail channels.


The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of sales strategy for a portfolio of premium skincare brands
  • Lead and inspire a team of BDMs to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Build and nurture key relationships with salon groups, spa operators, retailers and distributors
  • Play a central role in brand launches, trade shows and events
  • Work closely with founders to influence long-term commercial direction


About You

  • Extensive skincare sales experience within the salon and spa market
  • Currently working in a sales management role in the skincare sector
  • Proven success managing high-performing field or B2B sales teams
  • Commercially sharp with strategic oversight and hands-on leadership style
  • Strong network across professional skincare and/or retail beauty sectors
  • Confident representing brands at industry events and trade exhibitions


Package

  • c. £80,000 base salary
  • Car allowance
  • Exceptional performance-led bonus
