Head of Sales – Skincare | North West
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for skincare and a proven track record in the salon and spa market? This is your opportunity to spearhead the UK launch of innovative new beauty brands with a fast-growing multi-brand distributor.
We’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead from the front, managing and motivating a small but high-performing team of Business Development Managers. You'll be instrumental in driving growth, shaping strategy, and developing key commercial partnerships across both professional and retail channels.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of sales strategy for a portfolio of premium skincare brands
- Lead and inspire a team of BDMs to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Build and nurture key relationships with salon groups, spa operators, retailers and distributors
- Play a central role in brand launches, trade shows and events
- Work closely with founders to influence long-term commercial direction
About You
- Extensive skincare sales experience within the salon and spa market
- Currently working in a sales management role in the skincare sector
- Proven success managing high-performing field or B2B sales teams
- Commercially sharp with strategic oversight and hands-on leadership style
- Strong network across professional skincare and/or retail beauty sectors
- Confident representing brands at industry events and trade exhibitions
Package
- c. £80,000 base salary
- Car allowance
- Exceptional performance-led bonus
