Head of Sales – Digital & IT Transformation Consulting
Location: London (with UK regional travel)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the UK, particularly within the energy and utilities sector. This is a senior leadership role with significant autonomy, strong executive backing, and the opportunity to shape a key growth area for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the UK sales strategy for digital and IT transformation consulting.
- Identifying and winning high-value clients in energy and utilities, leveraging your existing network.
- Leading the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborating with consulting and technical teams to design multi-service, value-driven solutions.
- Building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Mentoring and supporting the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious targets.
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven sales leader with a strong network and proven experience in the energy and utilities sector.
Essential skills and experience:
- Significant experience in business development and new client acquisition within consulting/professional services, specifically in energy and utilities.
- Established network of contacts and credibility in the sector.
- Skilled in complex, consultative solution selling with multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales processes and leading bid teams.
- Gravitas and credibility to influence senior executives at C-suite level.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive team performance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with UK-based technology consulting or professional services firms.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling, TAS).
