Head of Sales – Multi-site, London, Up to £65,000 + Bonus My client is a fantastic Events business who deliver incredible experiences for their guests. We are on the hunt for a fantastic Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background of working in high-end events venues, with a real passion for developing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities Manage key client relationships and drive repeat business Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry shifts Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI delivery Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance the client experience
Skills and Experience: A proven track record leading events sales teams across venues or catering Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Results driven Strong organisational skills and detail orientated Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team Excellent industry knowledge
