Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales cum Business Analyst to join our UK team. This dual-role will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales efforts and expanding our product portfolio by identifying and analysing new use cases across GP practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pre-sales, business analysis, and a strong understanding of NHS systems and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to GP surgeries and NHS stakeholders. Support the sales team by addressing client queries, showcasing product value, and aligning solutions with client needs. Act as a technical and functional expert during the sales cycle.
Business Analysis
Conduct on-site visits to GP surgeries in Greater Manchester, Birmingham, and surrounding areas to gather detailed requirements. Work closely with GPs, practice managers, and administrative staff to identify operational pain points and automation opportunities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for product and development teams. Design solution workflows and assist in the prototyping of new use cases. Collaborate with internal teams to refine existing products and develop new offerings based on field insights.
NHS Compliance & Product Relevance
Ensure all proposed solutions meet NHS compliance and data governance standards. Stay updated with NHS policy changes and help adapt product offerings accordingly. Identify and assess new areas for automation and digital transformation in GP practices.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a similar Pre-Sales and/or Business Analyst role, preferably in HealthTech or with NHS-related projects. Knowledge: Solid understanding of NHS processes, GP surgery workflows, and NHS compliance (e.g., IG, DPIA, DCB0129). Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Competency in process mapping, documentation, and requirement gathering Mobility: Must be willing to travel across Greater Manchester, Birmingham, and nearby areas to meet with GP surgeries.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working with RPA or AI-based products in healthcare settings.
