Hire Sales Executive Location: St Ives Salary: £31,000 + Bonus On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £45,500 for top performers Hours: Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off every other week Standard hours: Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:30
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Sunday: Day off every week

We're looking for a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company, based within one of our partner builder's merchant branches. This isn't furniture sales — you'll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently. What the role involves: Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs
Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range
Offering expert advice to support customers' projects
Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
Contributing to branch targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach
