Home ownership sales officer

BDS have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate within property sales to join a Home Ownership Support Team on a temp-to-perm basis with a leading housing association. You'll independently manage a caseload of shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions, acting as a key contact for customers from initial enquiry through to legal instruction or completion.
Location: Hybrid and London (central)
Contract: Temp to perm
Rate of pay: Circa £30ph umbrella (paye rates available)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions
• Act as a single point of contact for customers
• Set up and maintain accurate account and rent records
• List properties and vet leads in line with regulatory requirements
• Monitor transaction progress and support inbox management
• Provide administrative support to advisers as required
Criteria:
• In-depth knowledge of conveyancing and Low-Cost Home Ownership (especially Shared Ownership)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interpret leases and analyse data
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
