Steventon House Hotel is a 20-bedroom boutique property with a stylish bar, unique Indian-fusion restaurant, and beautiful gardens. We’re relaunching after a few challenging years, and we’re looking for an Operations & Sales Manager who can take the reins, inspire the team, and help us build something exceptional again.

You’ll be hands-on, sales-driven, and creative — with the freedom to bring your own ideas to life and share in the rewards of success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Driving room bookings, events, and F&B sales through creative offers, packages, and partnerships
• Managing and motivating a small, passionate team
• Building relationships with local businesses, wedding planners, and event organisers
• Working with the owner to plan and deliver our hotel relaunch campaign
• Bringing energy, ideas, and a fresh perspective to every part of the business

Who We’re Looking For

• Hospitality or events management experience (hotel background preferred)
• A proven track record in increasing sales and revenue
• A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised, adaptable, and full of fresh ideas
• Must have the right to work in the UK

• £30,000–£35,000 salary (depending on experience)
