HVAC Sales Engineer Basic Starting Salary:
£48 000 - £55 000 Per Year + Company Car + High Commission Paid (Realistically Earn 20k+ in Commission - 70k-75k OTE) Location:
Remote | Hybrid (This role is working Regional to / in and around the Newcastle area) Working Hours:

This is a very exciting opportunity and the perfect time to join this brilliant company, with them currently on a large expansion and recently bringing some new major customers on board. The HVAC Sales Engineer Role & Responsibilities: Deliver the sales and growth targets within an allocated geographical region. Attend third party sites to promote the business and develop a sound understanding of the customer requirements. Combine this with knowledge of the available products and services to design a bespoke solution for the customer. Work with the allocated Project Managers to ensure that the sales proposal is accurately prepared to include all necessary considerations such as product availability, supplier management, technical specifications, costs and timelines etc. to enable successful delivery of the confirmed contract. Actively follow up on leads and submitted sales proposals to progress to finalised agreed contracts. Ensure that the CRM system information is completed accurately and timely to enable the sales pipeline to progress effectively. Complete a thorough hand-over of the agreed sales proposal to the Project Manager for delivery and support as requested and required to ensure that the contract is successfully delivered within time and budget. Work in collaboration with the Business Development Team to generate new and develop existing business.
