Sales Development Representative (Fast-Track to AE | £70K+ OTE after 12 Months) Location: [Central London] Compensation (Year 1 SDR): £2425K base + £3035K OTE Future if successful (Year 2 AE): £70K+ OTE Why This Role? This isnt your standard SDR job. Think of it as a junior Account Executive role, youll be the first point of contact for our inbound prospects, running 15-minute qualification calls with leads who have already pre-booked meetings. Your job is to identify the best opportunities and then pass them on to our Account Directors to close. - No cold calling

What Youll Be Doing - Running 15-minute discovery and qualification calls with inbound leads. - Managing a pipeline of 200300 warm prospects per month . - Passing the highest-value opportunities to Account Directors to close. - Working closely with senior sales leaders and shadowing AE calls to accelerate your learning.
