We are recruiting an Inbound Sales Team Leader to join our Inbound Sales department.

About You:
- Proven ability to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service and team engagement
- Focus on key metrics including team culture, engagement, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Experience creating a professional management culture

The Role:
The role involves a mix of office and home working, 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
You will lead a team of around 15 sales agents handling inbound calls related to insurance plans, focusing on sales KPIs like conversion and quality, while ensuring excellent customer service.
