A Bit More About The Roles

This is B2B inside sales. You’ll build strong, lasting customer relationships, win new business and help drive revenue. To succeed, you’ll need to gain a good understanding of each prospect – their challenges and what drives them – then match those with the perfect products from across the BT portfolio.

We’re currently hiring for Inside Sales Account Managers – you’ll typically manage around 50 client relationships with either public or private sector organisations. You’ll need to forecast revenue, develop strategic plans and manage churn risk to grow your base.

We’re looking for people who are self-motivated, proactive and results focused.

Beyond that, we’re looking for as many of the following as possible on your CV:
