Inside Sales Account Manager

Our Inside Sales team is crucial to our strategic mission, and we seek your support to expand our presence in the market.
In the role of Inside Sales Account Manager, you will support the sales process and help promote and sell GN Hearing products to audiologists, dispensers, and other hearing healthcare professionals.
The primary function of this role is to facilitate sales of the Open market channel through making outbound calls, predominantly to existing customers.

This role will be critical in the effective and efficient follow-up of new opportunities identified (leads) from other teams, such as Marketing. The role will involve working closely with the Field Sales Teams and the Training Team to enhance lead conversion and advance opportunities for either direct sales over the phone or referral to other teams for completion.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
You will support sales activity within allocated accounts, look after existing customers, identify new opportunities, and develop relationships with all key stakeholders across the assigned accounts.
Develop customer relationships with your dedicated accounts
Act as a binding between departments, such as Sales, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
1-year outside sales experience, either with retail or B2B, with Medical Devices an asset.
Proficient computing skills, including a knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (D365 or Navision);
Structured in analysis, planning, working methodology, and documentation;
Demonstrable efficiency in follow-up with customers and absolute accountability for delivery;
English is essential (both written and verbal).
