Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Campaigns
Develop and deliver targeted inside sales campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
Pipeline Development
Manage high-volume, lower-value sales opportunities, nurturing prospects and supporting overall sales funnel growth.
Omnichannel Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and field sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer engagement across channels.
Stakeholder Engagement
Identify and engage decision-makers, specifiers, contractors, and stakeholders across mental health and custodial sectors.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce), enriching contact data and cleansing existing records.
Performance Monitoring
Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and data quality improvements to optimise sales activity.
About You
Proven experience in B2B inside sales, sales development, or lead generation .
Confident communicator with excellent phone and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data management tools.
Strong understanding of lead qualification, sales funnel management, and pipeline building.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
Knowledge of or interest in the mental health or custodial sectors is desirable but not essential.
