Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales Campaigns

  • Develop and deliver targeted inside sales campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.

Pipeline Development

  • Manage high-volume, lower-value sales opportunities, nurturing prospects and supporting overall sales funnel growth.

Omnichannel Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and field sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer engagement across channels.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify and engage decision-makers, specifiers, contractors, and stakeholders across mental health and custodial sectors.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce), enriching contact data and cleansing existing records.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and data quality improvements to optimise sales activity.


About You

  • Proven experience in B2B inside sales, sales development, or lead generation.
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data management tools.
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification, sales funnel management, and pipeline building.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the mental health or custodial sectors is desirable but not essential.
