The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding relationships and driving business growth within a group of companies that are part of our largest portfolio. This role combines business development, account management, and consultative sales, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating revenue across key technology domains.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development (preferably in tech, staffing, or recruitment).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative B2B sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and driving growth in complex organizational structures.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of AI/Data, DevOps & Cloud, and Software Engineering landscapes is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.


Job responsibilities

  • Drive business development activities across AI/Data, Software Engineering and DevOps & Cloud verticals.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for expanding engagement across a group of companies within our largest client portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders to uncover upcoming needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on progress to leadership.
  • Stay informed about market trends in tech talent and recruitment, positioning Remobi as an industry expert.
