Job Description
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving high-volume, lower-value sales through strategic outreach and campaign-led activity. Working closely with marketing and field sales teams, you'll execute targeted inside sales campaigns, qualify leads, and build pipeline opportunities that contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running tailored inside sales campaigns aligned with omnichannel marketing efforts.
- Qualifying and nurturing leads to support sales throughput and revenue generation.
- Managing and enriching stakeholder data within CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Maintaining up-to-date records, reporting on performance metrics, and attending industry events.
- Occasionally visiting mental health or custodial environments to deepen understanding of client needs.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a purpose-led organisation and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a B2B inside sales or sales development role.
- A confident, professional communication style - both over the phone and in writing.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- While not essential, any experience or interest in the mental health or custodial sectors is a plus.

- A competitive base salary of approximately £35,000
- On-target earnings (OTE) of up to £50,000.
