Job Description:

This position is based in London. It involves a hybrid work model, combining working in the office and from home.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new agents, retain existing accounts, and develop sales strategies.
• Source new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Promote and sell MoneyGram's products and services to agents.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to follow-up.
• Negotiate and develop relationships with agents.
• Respond to agent inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Expand current accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, with experience in customer service and sales.
• Skills in negotiation, relationship building, and communication.
• Ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
• Proficiency in data entry, Excel, and Salesforce is a plus.
