Job Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for nurturing leads, engaging with prospects, and generating leads over the phone and through digital channels. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products or services. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and requirements

  • Virtually present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential customers

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline

  • Lead follow-up from marketing efforts (free trials, webinars, virtual summits)

  • Social selling (outreach to social media connections)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategise approaches for target accounts and market segments

  • Utilise CRM software to track activities, manage leads, and update customer information

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities

  • Upselling products and services

  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects (greater number and higher quality of leads)

  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets


  • Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required
  • Good knowledge of CONTEXT’s products and services.

  • Educated to college or degree level.

  • Knowledge of commercial business drivers around sales, pricing, and marketing principles.

  • Experience in the IT industry.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Proficient in G-Suite. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc…
