The Role
As a central force in our sales operations and business coordination, you play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your proactive mindset, precision, and organizational strength empower the sales team to focus on what they do best—building strong client relationships and driving growth. You’re not just supporting the process—you’re helping shape it.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the backbone of sales operations by creating and distributing quotes, tracking sales activities, and ensuring smooth administrative support.
- Maintaining high-quality customer data in the CRM system, enabling accurate reporting and efficient customer engagement.
- Communicating confidently with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and products.
- Coordinating internal processes and managing daily administrative tasks to keep the business running efficiently.
- Preparing insightful reports and evaluations that support iwell leadership and contribute to continuous improvement across teams.
- We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with a sharp mind and a touch of wit—someone who brings both structure and energy to the team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to prioritize effectively and committed to going the extra mile when needed
- Previous experience in a sales back office or similar administrative role, with a passion for creating clarity and structure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; large experience with CRM systems
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
