Institutional Sales Executive – London, UK
The GFO-X Group is a global market infrastructure provider focused on regulated digital asset derivatives. With operations in London, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi, the Group offers global access to institutional-grade execution and clearing services. GFO-X UK is the first FCA authorised, centrally cleared Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) for digital asset derivatives, with all contracts cleared via LCH DigitalAssetClear. Backed by M&G Investments and supported by leading financial institutions, GFO-X Group is building the next generation of regulated infrastructure to integrate digital assets into mainstream finance, with a focus on transparency, risk management, and collateral mobility.
GFO-X is seeking a talented and highly motivated Institutional Sales to join our growing team in London, UK.
Roles:
- Work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and the GFO-X leadership team to join external meetings and take notes, and create a structure for the opportunities.
- Represent GFO-X at industry conferences and events in both the tradfi and crypto native spaces across Europe, becoming an expert in and well-connected within the digital asset trading ecosystem, with a focus on market structure to articulate the GFO-X offering in a competitive context.
- Contribute to marketing collaterals and the website to position the GFO-X offering optimally to clients and partners. This will necessitate staying abreast of crypto market developments, participating in industry conferences, and networking within the crypto-native financial ecosystem.
- Gather market feedback to feed into the product strategy roadmap and ensure the product offering is meeting current and future market needs.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience in a front office role at a financial firm, ideally at a Tier 1 Investment Bank. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Degree holder with strong academic results.
- Exposure to institutional-grade exchange platforms – Eurex, CME, ICE, etc.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, including equities, commodities, and derivatives, is essential.
- A keen interest in Digital Assets is a must.
- Good organisational skills with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with tools such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint Point and Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus.
