Account Management
Oversee the full sales cycle, from order processing and invoicing to payment collection, while spotting opportunities for growth.
Collaborate & Support
Work closely with the wider sales team to forecast sales, manage pipelines and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Deliver Excellent Service
Resolve queries, handle issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
