Internal Sales Account Manager – Flexible Plastics

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join a leading Flexible Plastics company based in the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and cultivate relationships with key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth
* Calculate and prepare accurate quotations for clients
* Understand client needs and provide effective solutions tailored to their requirements
* Proactively contact potential new customers to expand the client base
* Handle customer enquiries efficiently, including preparing quotations and resolving issues
* Take full ownership of your account performance, ensuring targets and results are met or exceeded
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working in an internal sales or customer service role
* Experience in the Flexible Plastics industry is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
