Market 36 Recruitment are currently for an internal sales advisor on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Colchester a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the company’s dynamic sales team, supporting customers and driving sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and trade partners

* Providing product advice and quotations

* Processing orders and managing customer accounts

* Supporting external sales teams with lead generation and follow-ups.

* Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system

Experience, education & qualifications

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (B2B preferred)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

* A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset

Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Commission
