What you will do

Reporting to inside sales manager. Our inside sales team supply quotes, Engage with customers to secure quote orders and sales to our customers and process all orders through to our planning team to book in with our customers.

How you will do it

• Requesting quotes and prices from suppliers

• Producing quotes to our customers

• Raising orders to our suppliers

• Dispatching orders, producing delivery notes and relevant certification when requested

• Liaising with suppliers for delivery dates

• Providing customer service including updates to customers

• Seeing order through to invoicing stage

• Ad hoc admin tasks

• Sales Energy to win orders

What we look for

• Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience

• Sales Experience with B2B knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload

• Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set

• Product knowledge in the fire suppression / detection business would be an advantage
