What the Role Involves: Responding to customer enquiries with detailed, tailored technical and commercial quotations. Working closely with external sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities. Managing the full order process - from initial enquiry to quote submission and follow-up. Maintaining project database and CRM system with up-to-date information. Supporting customers by providing clear, accurate information What We're Looking For: A background in Mechanical Engineering Experience in a sales or customer focused role Mechanical engineering qualification (Degree, HND, or equivalent). Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications. A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach to work.
