    Job Description

  • Drive growth through the improvement of quotation conversions
  • Call customers to drive quotation conversion following previous quotations
  • Manage relationships with existing B2B customers, building strong relationship to develop and grow accounts
  • Understand customer needs and identify solutions to support
  • Use CRM system to manage customer quotations, ensuring all quotations are followed up and conclusion reached
  • Work with Sales Administration team to identify customers who need further support or information regards quotation
  • Identify key markets trends and customer requirements
  • Support new product launches

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in a similar sales, up-selling or account management role
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to develop and grow customer accounts
  • Excellent Customer Service at all times
