Internal Sales Executive

We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to work for a leading company based in Kidderminster, the company are going through a growth period and are looking to bring on an individual who can help continue with the growth plans.
The main duties:
Identify and develop new and existing customer sources to develop successful referring relationships.
Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
Achieve revenue goals.
Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
Assist the sales team in all administration duties.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Adapt to management requests to assist in other areas of the business.
