The Role Internal Sales Executive
You will play a key role in managing and growing an existing customer base while also identifying new opportunities within warm or dormant accounts. This is a proactive sales role, but with a collaborative, relationship-first approach rather than pure cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers
Reignite dormant accounts and identify new opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell to maximise account potential
Proactively follow up with warm leads and enquiries
Deliver excellent customer service via calls and emails
Prepare tailored quotations and keep CRM records accurate
Support stock purchasing based on customer demand
Produce clear sales reports for management
What Were Looking For:
Experience in internal sales, account management, or business development
Confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone
Strong relationship-building skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially minded
Organised, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent service
Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
