Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Inside Sales Executive to join our client. This role will be central to delivering fast, quality traded solutions to customer enquiries, operating in a “quick centre” style environment.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, quoting, and securing business, providing customers with fast, competitive responses to meet their needs.
A background in distribution or trading environments will be highly beneficial.
This role would suit someone with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to get tasks done and someone who thrives in an environment where each day brings new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound customer enquiries, providing quick, accurate, and competitive quotations.
* Source traded parts and solutions from our supplier and distributor network.
* Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, suppliers, and trading partners.
* Follow up on quotations to secure orders, negotiating terms where required.
* Liaise closely with the engineering and external sales teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
* Provide regular feedback to the sales and procurement teams regarding market trends, pricing, and product availability.
* Update and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
