Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45–17:15 (37.5 hours per week, 1-hour lunch)

The Role – Internal Sales Executive:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of over 300 active accounts, supporting clients with tailored workplace solutions. You’ll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

* Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities

* Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound calls and networking

* Provide support and product advice via phone, email, and live chat

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience

* Keep CRM records updated with accurate client and sales information

* Negotiate effectively to secure new and repeat business
