Role Purpose To respond to customer enquiries and quote requests across multiple channels, provide technically accurate product recommendations, and actively follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web forms. Identify and recommend appropriate systems, spares, and replacements based on customer needs. Liaise with a wide range of suppliers to ensure efficient quote turnaround.
