Location: Manchester - Office based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £25,000 basic salary + bonus + benefits

About the role?
We're looking for motivated, personable Outbound Sales Executive to join a Customer Solutions team. This isn't just about campaigns or cold calls - this is sales with purpose. You'll manage established accounts within a geographical territory, re-engage dormant/lapsed customers and play a key part in the customer journey.

What you will be doing?
* Own a portfolio of smaller accounts
* Run targeted outbound sales campaigns
* Develop account plans with your manager and track progress
* Send and manage new account opening forms
* Guide customers from re-engagement to first order and nurture ongoing growth
* Support field sales by servicing accounts that may be underdeveloped
* Proactively follow up with leads using data via spreadsheets and CRM (new system implementation underway)
* Work towards clear KPIs and contributing to company's values
What will you ideally bring to the role?
* Be comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with gatekeepers
* Have strong people skills - personable, engaging and able to build rapport fast
* Be a self-starter who thrives with structure, coaching, and clear goals
* Be resilient
* Bring energy and positivity to the team environment
* Have an interest in the care sector (not essential, but helpful)
