Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of working with our client in the Mechanical Industry based in Andover, who are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive with a background in Fluid Power and/or Power Transmission to join their close-knit team.

This is a key office-based position, supporting our customers with technical sales, quotations, and order processing, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Internal Sales Job Overview Handle inbound enquiries from customers, providing technical and commercial support Prepare accurate quotations and process orders in a timely manner Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM/ERP system Support the wider sales team with customer follow-ups and project tracking Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Internal Sales Requirements Previous experience in Fluid Power and/or Power Transmission is preferred Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret customer needs Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, with a customer-focused mindset Comfortable working in a small team and handling multiple tasks
