Our client is a leader in their field of commercial product solutions for businesses , they are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Solihull.

Key Attributes: Previous experience within an Internal Sales role or sales account management.

Customer focused Good communication and negotiation Results focused Relationship builder Detail conscious Personable Business focused Key Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact with customer, (telephone calls and emails) offering excellent customer service Processing orders/quotations Answering product questions, advising on product features, pricing and availability etc Resolving general customer queries, escalating to Team Leader if necessary Account managing existing customers Daily invoicing Monitor time critical orders, relaying information on any delays Other general administrative tasks Product knowledge t be gained through internal training Point of contact for customers re invoice queries
