Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of working with our client in the Mechanical Industry based in Andover, who are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive with a background in Fluid Power and/or Power Transmission to join their close-knit team.

This is a key office-based position, supporting our customers with technical sales, quotations, and order processing, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Internal Sales Job Overview

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers, providing technical and commercial support
• Prepare accurate quotations and process orders in a timely manner
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM/ERP system
• Support the wider sales team with customer follow-ups and project tracking
• Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Internal Sales Requirements

• Previous experience in Fluid Power and/or Power Transmission is preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret customer needs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, with a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a small team and handling multiple tasks
• Competent in using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

Electrical Sales Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary of £32,000 – £38,000
• 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
• Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
