Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Internal Sales Executive for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Farnborough area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across our air and courier products, for both import and export. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a proven track record in freight forwarding to contribute to the ongoing success of our organisation. Key Responsibilities:- • Proactively identify and source new business opportunities through self-generated leads and those provided by internal teams. • Develop and maintain client relationships to increase sales across air freight and courier services. • Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotations, ensuring all terms and clauses are correctly included. • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align service capabilities with customer requirements. • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure a smooth handover to operations post-sale. • Utilise strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and build long-term partnerships. Required Skills and Experience:- • Ideally 2+ years experience within a freight forwarding environment.
