Internal Sales Administrator - 2 Positions Available 📍 Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire 🕒 Full-time | Office-based We are currently recruiting 2 Internal Sales Administrators to join a market-leading, international supplier of high-quality materials to the Construction Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team environment within a well-established and highly respected business. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy office, is confident on the phone, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer enquiries Preparing quotations and processing orders Providing product information and sending literature Supporting the external sales team General administration and maintaining accurate records Building positive relationships with customers
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Is confident and professional on the telephone ✔ Has a positive, can-do attitude ✔ Is organised with good administrative skills ✔ Is comfortable using IT systems and email ✔ Enjoys working as part of a team
