Our prestigious, market leading client within the Contractor Payroll Marketplace are seeking a results-driven Internal Sales Manager to lead their telephone-based onboarding team.
This role is critical in driving revenue growth by managing and developing a team focused on onboarding new contractors and closing sales opportunities with high efficiency and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or inside sales management and a passion for motivating teams to exceed targets.
This position is full time and permanent, based at their Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, support a team of onboarding sales advisors, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and development.
• Sales Performance: Drive team performance to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including call conversion rates.
• Onboarding Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to active user or client.
• Process Optimisation: Continually assess and improve onboarding scripts, sales techniques, and workflows to maximise team efficiency and close rates.
• Coaching & Development: Provide regular training, feedback, and coaching to the team, including call reviews and performance assessments.
