What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a portfolio of around 250 active customers, keeping in regular contact to strengthen relationships and grow revenue. Identifying and developing new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upselling and cross-selling across our full product range to maximise account potential. Generating and issuing quotes via our CRM, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up to date. Responding promptly to telephone and web enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and onboard new customers. Reconnecting with lapsed clients to win back business. Preparing reports and updates for our monthly sales meetings. Participating in regular product training sessions with our suppliers and in-house team.
