Internal Sales / Business Development Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (50-minute unpaid lunch break) Salary: £25K - £45K DOE
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Corby. This role is crucial in driving sales growth through proactive outbound calling and effective lead management. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) who are on the road, supporting their efforts by generating qualified leads and securing appointments.
Responsibilities: Proactive Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calling to a provided database of leads, identifying potential customers and generating sales opportunities. Lead Qualification: Accurately qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing conversion rates. Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our BDMs, ensuring they have a consistent pipeline of potential clients. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and lead information in our CRM system.
