The Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Headhunt top talent to match with exciting client opportunities
• Use sales and marketing strategies – from job ads to LinkedIn branding – to attract candidates
• Build relationships through networking, calls, and client meetings
• Develop your own client base and become their trusted partner in growth
• Manage offers, close deals, and celebrate your wins
